Ministries on Sunday mornings
NURSERY
Ages 0-3
Nursery meets during the Sunday morning worship service. Children may be dropped off prior to the start of the worship service or at any time during the service. When a child is dropped off, they and their family will be greeted by a check in person who will help take down the parent or guardians’ contact information as well as information about the child such as allergies, age, and any other information that may be helpful for our volunteers to know. In the Nursery, children are supervised by safety trained volunteers and enjoy playing with toys and interacting with other kids their age. sunday stations
Ages 4 years old - 1st grade
Kids in this program are dismissed halfway through the morning worship service. Then they go to sing in choristers with Doug DeVries, our Minister of Music and Liturgy. Finally, they move to the Fellowship Room where they hear a story from the Children in Worship curriculum. After the story, the kids participate in an age-appropriate craft and then have free time to explore different stations. Some of the stations include a reading corner, puzzle spot, building blocks area, and a trucks and car area.
